Graduate Assistant Program

Gallaudet Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for the following positions:

Football Graduate Assistant
Women's Basketball Graduate Assistant
Men's Basketball Graduate Assistant

Requirements: Bachelors Degree Required, Acceptance to Graduate School at Gallaudet University, Valid Drivers License, Previous Collegiate Playing or Coaching experience, functional computer skills, Strong work ethic, proficiency in or strong willingness to learn American Sign Language.

Duties include: position coach, recruiting, practice and game day preparation, fundraising, video breakdown, coordination of the academic monitoring program, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach and athletic department, while adhering to NCAA rules and regulations.

Compensation: Full Tuition Remission, Room on Campus, Stipend, Optional health plan

Sports Information Student Assistants

The Office of Sports Information is seeking applicants for positions (Sports Information Student Assistants) to assist the Sports Information Director in daily operations. These positions are part-time Gallaudet student positions and renewable each year.  Individuals majoring in English, History, Math, or having interests in sports journalism, marketing, public relations, or media communications are encouraged to apply.
