Prestano is in his first year with the Gallaudet University baseball program as its graduate assistant. Previously, Prestano was the assistant and conditioning coach for Rochester collegiate baseball league prospects and an interpreting apprentice at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
Prior to coaching, Prestano played varsity baseball for Keuka College. In 2013, he was the All-NEAC Scholar-Athlete award winner and named Keuka College Athlete of the Year. He is a two-time second team All-NEAC honoree. Prestano graduated with a degree in American Sign Language-English Interpreting in 2013.
Keith is the son of Charles Prestano. He has one sister, Samantha and two brothers, Charles and Evan.
