Still time to tryout for GU cheerleading club, new prizes to be given out at select home games
WASHINGTON, D.C. – There is still time to tryout for the 2011-12 Gallaudet University cheerleading club if you are interested. Coach Erin Schneider is looking to expand the team and invites any Gallaudet student, male or female, to tryout for the cheerleading team. The GU cheerleaders will give away prizes to members of the Gallaudet community who wear Buff and Blue to home sporting events and on Buff and Blue Wednesdays. The cheerleaders are trying to revive the Blue Hole for home athletic contests. Come out and cheer on your Bison in an orderly and respectful manner. Go Bison!
