Gallaudet men's basketball game with Maryland Bible moved to Dec. 1

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Gallaudet University men’s basketball fans will have to wait a few extra days for the start of the 2012-13 season as the Bison home opener against Maryland Bible College has been moved to Saturday, Dec. 1, at 4 p.m. The game was originally slated for Thursday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. but has since been moved.

The Bison will begin a new chapter under first-year head coach Brendan Stern on Saturday, Nov. 17, when Gallaudet tips off the season at the Hoopsville National Invitational Classic in Owings Mills, Md., against Stevenson University at 4 p.m. GU will face Franciscan on Sunday, Nov. 18, at noon in the same tournament before returning home to host Christendom College on Tuesday, Nov. 20, at 8 p.m.
