Nukeitra Hayes Named Gallaudet Female Athlete of the Month

Women's basketball player Nukeitra Hayes has been named Gallaudet Female Athlete of the Month after leading the women's basketball team to a 3-1 start.

Hayes averaged 19.5 points , 9.8 rebounds, 2.3 steals, and 3.8 blocks per game. Hayes also shot 50.7% from the floor.  Hayes scored 23 points vs. Emerson College, grabbed 22 rebounds and had 8 blocks vs. St. Joseph's, and had 5 steals vs. Wilson College.


In the Gallaudet Holiday Tournament, Hayes led Gallaudet to a second place finish and was named to the All Tournament team.
