The Aqua-Bison suffer a tough loss as they had a chance to win or tie going into the last two events, but were out-touched in both. Nonethless, freshman sensation Carlisle Robinson won three events (400 Individual Medley, 100 Butterfly and 100 Breaststroke), senior co-captain Kandace Morris won the 40 Free, and junior Jodi Winkelmann won the 100 Backstroke. In addition, the medley relay of Winkelmann, junior co-captain Marissa Larson, Morris and sophomore Katie Day won their event.
Also noteworthy were the efforts of junior Michelle Camara (1000 Freestyle, 400 Individual Medley, 100 Butterfly) and freshman Kira Roberts (1000 Freestyle, 500 Freestyle, Freestyle Relay), who swam some of the toughest events in swimming for team points.
