For the second year in a row, Gallaudet Women's Volleyball player Ludmila Mounty-Weinstock was named second team All-Capital Athletic Conference.

This year, Mounty-Weinstock had 264 kills, 81 digs, and .51 blocks per game, and was frequently matched up against the opposing teams best and tallest players, as the women faced a tough schedule with most of their opponents having winning records this year.

Gallaudet Head Coach Lynn Ray Boren thinks the honor is well deserved.  "Ludmila always comes to practice with a great attitude and strives to improve everyday.  I'm not surprised the other coaches in the conference have recognized Ludmila's skills and value to our team."
