- Has made Gallaudet's Dean's List all four semesters she has been at GU.

Sophomore Season (2010): All-NEAC First Team selection...started 36 of Gallaudet's 39 matches, saw action in every match and tallied 134 sets...second on the team with 350 kills (2.61 per set average)...third on the team with 70 service aces...third in digs with 318...made 11 blocks...accumulated 426.5 points (3.18 per set average)...helped GU win its first-ever NEAC championship...made 10 digs and three kills in a NCAA tournament first round loss against No. 5 Christopher Newport University.
Freshman Season (2009): Started 40 of Gallaudet's 41 matches...fourth on the team with 127 kills...second on the team with 77 service aces...sixth on the team with 150 digs...fourth with 22 blocks...accumulated 222 points (1.55 points per set average).
International Experience: Member of Canada's Deaf Volleyball team...competed in 2007 Pan Am Games in Venezuela...2008 world championships in Argentina...2011 Friendship Games in Washington, D.C....will travel with Team Canada to the 2011 Pan Am Games in Brazil this November.
Personal: Daught of Doug and Cecelia Klassen...has an older sister Annie and younger brother Jacob...a big fan of the Vancouver Canucks...favorite athlete is Sidney Crosby...enjoys califlowers as a snack.
Why Gallaudet? "Ever since I was young, I always looked up to many great deaf adults who taught, coached and mentored me and they were also Gallaudet University alumni. They always told me Gallaudet would be a great fit for me. By the time I was 13, I moved to a hearing school due to volleyball and I completely forgot about Gallaudet until I was a junior in high school. One day, I decided to surf Gallaudet's website which led me to the Athletics website and of course the first sport I clicked on was volleyball. From there my heart told me that Gallaudet is right school for me. If it wasn't for GU's athletic website, I wouldn't be here."
