Pia Marie Paulone enters her first year coaching at the college level after five years coaching summer camps and a stellar playing career. During her playing career Paulone was named first or second team All Capital Athletic Conference three times. She was also named to the All-Region honorable mention team her senior year when she ranked 9th in the country in assists per game.

Coach Paulone is the AEBPO Project Coordinator with the Language Planning Institute at Gallaudet and is pursuing her Masters in Enviromental Science at Indiana University.

In the summer of 2009 Coach Paulone will play on the women's national volleyball team in the 2009 Deaflympics in Taipei.
