Gallaudet participated in the annual Battleground Relays meet hosted at the University of Mary Washington. While the meet was unscored, the Buff and Blue saw several of its student-athletes turn out solid performances.

For the men, senior Onye Davis was the top collegiate finisher in the discus with a throw of 43.05 meters. He also placed third in the shot put. Sophomore Anthony Baskin sped towards a second place finish in the 110-meter hurdles.

The men also participated in the 100-meter dash, 1500-meter run, 400-meter hurdles, 4x100-meter relay, long, high and triple jumps, as well as the javelin throw.

The women also turned out with some top-tier finishes. Sophomore Megan Frowick placed fourth in the discus; junior Kari Olney finished in the top five of the 3000-meter steeplechase and the 3000-meter run.

The Bison compete next in the Messiah Invitational on April 11-12.
