COBLESKILL, N.Y. – The Gallaudet University women's basketball team lost 60-43 on the road Sunday to SUNY Cobleskill in a North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) game. The loss is the 14th straight for Gallaudet (2-14, 0-9 NEAC South) that matches the longest losing streak since the 2005-06 season.
Sophomore guard Claire Tucker (Middletown, Md.) led the Bison with 17 points scored as she grabbed three rebounds and made two steals. Senior forward Lindsay Stergio (Montville, Conn.) finished with nine points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals.
SUNY Cobleskill (5-10, 4-5 NEAC North) was led by Kady Porterfield who netted 17 points and eight rebounds while Samantha Davis scored 10 points and eight rebounds.
The Bison return home to host NEAC South Division foe Penn St.-Abington (7-8, 5-3 NEAC) on Saturday, Jan. 26, at noon.
