Gallaudet women's basketball to face Keuka in NEAC semifinal game at SUNY Poly on Saturday

MARCY, N.Y. - The Gallaudet University women's basketball team will face Keuka College in the 2018 North Eastern Athletic Conference tournament semifinal round on Saturday, Feb. 24, at 4 p.m. hosted by SUNY Poly.

Season Series: Gallaudet and Keuka did not face each other this season. This is only the second time Gallaudet has faced Keuka in the NEAC tournament. The two teams last met in the 2011 championship game where Keuka upset Gallaudet with a 50-46 win to claim the conference title.

NEAC Semifinal History: Gallaudet is 1-2 all-time in NEAC tournament semifinal games. GU's lone semifinal win came in 2011 with a 53-44 win over SUNY Poly. GU was last in the semifinals in 2016 where they lost 65-55 to SUNY Poly at Lancaster Bible College. Gallaudet also lost in the semifinals in 2014 in a 54-51 loss to Wells College at Lancaster Bible College.

Championship Weekend: The winner of this semifinal game will advance to the NEAC championship game on Sunday, Feb. 25, and face the winner between SUNY Poly (20-6) and Penn St.-Abington (14-11).
